Pricing
If you are delighted with your new web site and want to continue the service, Service-Life.com™ charges an annual hosting fee of $5.50 per member with a minimum fee of $165.00. Invoices are emailed annually and billed according to member levels at the time of the annual renewal. Our payment process is easy and straightforward. These fees are due when your free 60 day trial period expires and on annual renewal dates. If members join after the renewal date, they will be included in the following year's renewal.

Can you give me some examples of how billing works?
For example: Organization B sets up a web site at Service-Life.com™. They have 100 members in their organization. All the members register with their new web site; creating a secure on-line directory for use by the organization's leadership and an instant email tool to stay in contact with each member via the web site. Organization B would receive an invoice for $550 for year 1. In year 2, Organization B only has 80 members and they would receive an invoice for $440.00. Organization B pays based on their membership levels. If Organization B would fall below 30 members, the minimum charge of $165 would apply. In year 3, if organization B had a membership of 150, they would be invoiced for $825.00.
What if I don't have any members and I just want a web site?
The membership management feature of our service is one of our best features. You can also setup a very professional web site without using our membership features. The minimum cost would apply and you would be invoiced $165.00 annually for our service. If you decide to add members, you can do so at any time.
Do you have an existing web site?
You can easily convert your existing web site into our service. With our web tools and easy setup of pages, transferring information from your old site to our service is a snap! If you run stuck, we show you how! This is a full featured, professional content managment system which gives you the control over the entire web site. Minimal time commitment for those administrating the site! You can even have multiple people administrate different parts of the web site. No special software or training, very straightforward and easy to use, your organization or business will be able to fully maintain its Web site. All you need is an Internet connection!

PAYMENT METHOD
Service-Life.com™ accepts checks and money orders. We work directly with you to arrange payment. Invoices are emailed 30 days prior to the annual renewal date along with several friendly reminders.
